A weekly group meeting for 6 weeks, using a cognitive behavioral, diaspora narrative and supportive approach to reflecting about quality of life, mood, anxiety and how to implement more self-care and resilience practices.

About Chaya: I am a doctor-writer, trained at Stanford School of Medicine for my MD and Massachusetts General Hospital for my Adult Psychiatry residency, then certified in cognitive behavioral therapy, with a focus on trauma and narrative therapies, at the University of Pennsylvania. I am Board Certified in Adult Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN). I have worked with diverse communities to advance a vision of mental health as necessary self-care as well as treatment for defined conditions.
